• undergoing ethical reviews, and finally

• publishing research outcomes, both in written form (papers) and oral form (conference presentations).

• It also involves building academic networks and managing your supervisor and other scholars.

Additionally, there are administrative tasks, such as

• organizing or participating in academic discussions,

• promoting research results through multimedia channels, and for some people,

• mentoring students or teaching."
